Tired of constantly battling your weight?
Does it feel like no matter how many times you try, you just can't stay motivated to shed the pounds? It's time to stop losing weight!
No, really... It's time to STOP
INTRODUCING...
TANITA BODY COMPOSITION TECHNOLOGY
Watch the video below to find out how to use it.
The definition of body composition is 'the percentages of bone, fat, water and muscle in human bodies'. All these factors can be measured.
If you are trying to get stronger or trying to lose weight, measuring your health is very important.
With a Tanita segmental body composition monitor you can measure your health precisely, for each body part independently.
That will give you a clear view of your health and progress, so you know exactly what to focus on.
The readings of a Tanita segmental body composition monitor are based on reliable, accurate and proven bioelectrical impedance technology.
Research has found that the vast majority of people who want to transform their bodies fail for one of TWO REASONS...
Does the next line sound familiar?
"During the first two weeks of my diet I feel really motivated, like this time I'm actually going to follow through with it...
... But after a couple of weeks my motivation starts to dwindle and when I don't see visible results I slip straight back into old ways"
If this applies to you boditrax could be the KEY to you finally being able to stay motivated to achieving the health and body that you have always wanted
This is why you need to think body composition NOT body weight
Would you be disappointed if you only managed to lose 2lb like this lady?
I imagine the answer would have been yes... but not if you knew the truth
The scales may not lie... but they definitely mislead
1. Assessment - Personalised assessment of a client's status
2. Set Targets - A baseline from which targets can be set
3. Develop Program - Guidance on products based on measurements: BMR (calorie intake), body fat percentage and hydration levels.
4. Review Progress - Highlight effectiveness of program by demonstrating progress of changes in body composition.
We use Tanita Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis technology.
THE most advanced body composition analysis technology on the market today.
A low, safe electrical signal is sent from metal electrodes through your hands and feet to provide readings for the legs, arms, trunk and abdominal area.
The Tanita Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis technology, is the most clinically accurate compared to all other products.
Every body composition monitor uses patented equations that have been extensively researched and developed by body composition experts to deliver the most accurate and reliable body composition measurements.
Tanita body composition monitors have been more extensively validated against alternative body composition techniques than ANY other brand of monitor.
How does it measure the amount of fat, muscle and water?
The electrical signal passes quickly through water that is present in hydrated muscle tissue but slowly through fat tissue. This resistance is known as impedance and is used to calculate body composition.

How much does it cost?
All scans are absolutely FREE for members!
Do I need to be a member?
Tanita is available to everyone including non-members.
What do I wear?
It is fine to use the scale dressed as you normally would however you must have BARE FEET to get a reading. Remove heavy outdoor coats and jewellery and empty pockets before use.
How often should I use it?
To monitor how well a diet or fitness regime is working you should get scanned every 2 to 4 weeks.
Why can I get different body fat percentage readings on the same day?
The weight of body fat is highly unlikely to change during the course of a day however your total body weight will typically fluctuate by 1-3% due to the passage of water and food. This will cause your body fat percentage to change as body fat % is the proportion of your total body weight that is fat (i.e. not the actual mass of fat).
What is visceral fat and why is it important?
Visceral Fat is the fat that surrounds the vital organs. High Visceral Fat levels increase the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease and type-2 diabetes. A score of 12 or below is low risk. 13 or above is high risk.
